The Truth Will Set You Free

The more I learn, the more I realize that what we have been taught and what we believe to be true here on Earth is actually quite contrary to what is. What is, is the Truth. And through wisdom and guidance I now know now what the bible means when it states that "The Truth will set you free". (John 8:32)

Let me explain. Recently I had the privelege of attending one of Alexi Sebasttien's classes where she took us through a powerful exercise that had to do with a sense of time. It showed you where you had been and where you are going.

What I experienced was that the 1st 11years of my life seemed to go on forever, in a smooth, wavy, flowy line. The next 30years took a lot less space compared to the 11yrs and it had very sharp, busy lines.

At age 11 my beautiful, loving, peaceful life changed forever. I was sexually abused by my grandfather and from that moment on I attracted everything that showed me how horrible I felt about myself. Self-harm, low self-esteem, depression, divorce, an emotionally abusive relationship, alone and pregnant. Drama!

Although I know that everything has made me who I am today, I also think 'what a waste', I could have done so much with that time! So after the class I was thinking on what this meant, the huge difference in time that it was showing me how 11years seemed to go on forever and the 30years looked like only a very short time.

And as usual as soon as I have a thought God corrects it to Truth.

And the thought that he dropped into my mind was:

"It was actually a short time of your life, you have not lost time."

It always comes from a place of wisdom, love, and acceptance.

The way I converse with God, is that I ask and He responds. Through writing I receive the messages.

Here is the response I received: (writings in brackets are me)

You have not wasted that time (the 30yrs). What you thought was a long time was actually a short period.

It is when you are experiencing Love that the hours stretch by. When you are in a place of peace, of joy,

there is no time. The Present goes on forever.

Although YOU put a time on the rest of your life, the troubled path...... that was just a bleep, a moment of lessons, it was nothing

to what will be the rest of your amazing life. Time is what YOU put on the value of your life.

But We see it as a power of a journey. And the magnificence of Love will spread and continue to spread.

There is no time here it is just an energy, an expression, and that is how you saw the difference. (in the time-line).

In One, In All, In Love. ............... (He always ends His messages like this)

And the more I ask the more I receive. The more I learn from Him, the more I realise that what we have been thinking all this time actually is not Truth.

What if there is no actual time, that it is just energy and the expression of Love is what extends what we know as time. For in Love we are being present, and the present goes on forever. And all the drama are just moments, but when we experience and express Love, that is when our life flows and expands.

I am now free to express my life, and know that I have the choice of how to make my life larger and greater than ever before. Through the expression of Love I will create my future, by being Present every moment.

I extend Love to you, and remember that no matter what you have been through it was just a moment, you have a whole life to fill.
